1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to providing you with top-notch Digital Printed e-ration cards that meet your specifications and expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your cards.

2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Defective or damaged Card: If your order arrives with manufacturing defects or damage during transit, please contact us immediately with clear photographs of the issue.
  • Incorrect order: If you receive cards that do not match in your order, please notify us as soon as possible.
  • Printing Quality issues: If you believe that the quality of the printed cards significantly deviates from our stated standards, please reach out to us with your concerns.

3. Return Procedure

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs if applicable.
  • Our customer support team will assess your request and provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
  • We may request the return of the defective or incorrect items, which will be at our expense.

4. Refund or Replacement

Upon receiving your returned items and confirming the issue, we will offer the following options:

  • Replacement: We will reprint and ship your order with the correct Card or rectify any quality issues. Replacements will be provided at no additional cost when the company is responsible.
  • Refund: If a replacement is not feasible or if you prefer, we will issue a refund for the total cost of the defective or incorrect Cards.

5. Refund & Exchange Processing Time

  • The approved refunds will be processed and credited within 1-3 days.
  • The replacement/exchange product will be delivered within 5-7 days.

6. Timeframe for Returns

Please notify us of any issues within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, we may not be able to process your return.

7. Cancellation Policy

The customer can choose to cancel an order at any time before it is Printed. The company takes 3 hours to print the ordered card. The order cannot be canceled once it is Printed. Please check the order status before canceling. However, the customer may choose to reprint the new card.

The time window for cancellation varies based on different card categories and the order cannot be canceled once the specified time has passed. In some cases, the customer may not be allowed to cancel the order for free, post the specified time and a cancellation fee will be charged.

In case of any cancellation from CardPrintly due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be initiated for orders to the customers.

8. Customer Responsibility

  • To ensure a smooth return process, please follow the return procedure as outlined above and provide all requested information promptly.
  • Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the responsibility of the customer.
